By accessing and using Compz ("the Service"), you are kindly acknowledging and accepting the terms and provisions outlined in this agreement. Should you find yourself in disagreement with these Terms of Service, we would be grateful if you could refrain from using the Service.
Compz provides a comprehensive platform for managing dance competitions, including but not limited to:
To access specific features of the Service, registration for an account is required. We kindly ask that you provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the registration process, and to update it as necessary to ensure it remains current and accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Compz operates on a pay-per-competition basis. Schools pay £35 per competition created, plus 50p per child per dance. The per-child-per-dance fee is included in the competition entry fees collected from participating schools.
Payment for competitions is due when the competition is created. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. You authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. We will provide you with advance notice of any fee changes. Changes will apply to competitions created after the effective date of the price change.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Compz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You may close your account at any time. There are no subscriptions or contracts, so you simply stop using the Service when you no longer need it. Your account and data will remain accessible.
Compz, along with its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates, shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, that may arise from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Compz operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
