1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Compz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

Compz provides dance competition management software. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service

3. Pricing and Payment

Compz charges £35 per competition plus 50p per child per dance (included in entry fees). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MaineStream Consulting Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Compz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
